My name is Kathleen Crawford. I am an Enrolled Agent and Oregon Licensed Tax Consultant. I own and operate The Jacksonville Tax Lady, LLC in Jacksonville, Oregon.

Tax counseling and consulting services are also provided. We represent clients in collections and audits. Representation services with the IRS and the Oregon Department of Revenue are provided to our tax clients and to clients referred by other firms.
Many people wonder what an “Enrolled Agent” is. That license is given by the IRS to people who are “Enrolled to Practice before the IRS”. To obtain this designation, one must study and pass tests on almost every aspect of tax law: Individual, Business, Corporations, Partnerships, Payroll, Retirement, Collections and Ethics. What the license means is that I can represent people for audits, collections and other tax issues. Representation means that during an audit, the client can go fishing and I will go the IRS on his behalf.
